On your arrival we will be there to welcome you at O.R. Tambo airport in Johannesburg. There are Atm’s and beauro de change available at the airport and you will get a chance to get any South African Rand you may need. The exchange rate at the moment is 1 kr for R1,40. Depending on the time you arrive we will then depart on a short tour of the city. If you can arrive in the morning or early afternoon.
We can take you through the city of Johannesburg, a very busy city centre that has to be seen to be believed. We will go on a tour of the city and then to some camping stores where you can buy any sleeping bags or equipment you may still need.
Tonight you will be staying in a bed & breakfast in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. We will enjoy a welcome dinner around the fire tonight where we will go through your tour in detail and you will have some time to ask any questions you may have.
