The fanciest of the bunch ($10-$16/entree), amazingly delicious, fresh, local, organic food by famous local chef Maria Hines of Tilth. Great lunches, done with professional presentation and a real Seattle feel: consider the steak salad with kale, jalapenos, lime, avocado, feta cheese, in a lime vinagrette (trust us.) You'll get a server here, and if you need a beer at lunch, get the local Lucille IPA on tap.
