H? Ti?u noodles (though not the best), which look similar to pho noodles, but are made from taro or tapioca starch and therefore have a chewier texture.
The best way to have it is to order
h? ti?u khô which is the dry noodle dish mixed with beansprouts, minced pork, pork slices and topped with peanuts and dried shallots. Comes with a small bowl of soup with three small
sui cao dumplings - 30k vnd per serve.
