21 Hàng ?i?uH? ti?u are probably my favorite kind of noodles. Thinnish noodles that look similar to pho, but have a delicious chewy texture. Served in a pork broth with slices of pork and bean sprouts. This spot does a mean hu tiu kho too, which is hu tiu noodles topped with veggies, pork mince, pork slices, peanuts and dried shallots.
They also serve my v?n th?n (wonton noodles) and mi?n l??n (glass noodles with eel), but the hu tiu is better.
