M, 9 years old, quite tall for his age with straight black hair, known to live close to the Felix Elementary School where he is in 3rd grade.
He lives with his mother Suzanne de Guzman and a yaya named Leony. He has a 1 1/2 yr old baby sister nicknamed Bugsy. Last text from his mother was Saturday noon saying that they the water in the area is waist-high. She could no longer be reached on her mobile (Globe) after that till now.

I do not know their exact address. Tried calling Felix Elementary School. could not reach the mother at work, either.
