Damaso Briones is the uncle of my friend, Gil P. Imperial, who resides in Bicol. Part of his email to me reads: "Exactly one week after Typhoon Ondoy hit Metro Manila, we still have to hear from Damaso Briones. Ive been calling him but he seems to be unreacheable or maybe his celfon was innundated."
