7: Pederson Reservoir Improvements

Cost: $1,048,550
 
Purpose of the project is to perform seismic and structural retrofit improvements and repairs to bring the reservoir to current seismic codes, standards and ensure its safety and operational reliability. The work includes removal of three feet of backfill against the northern wall of the reservoir, application of composite carbon fiber wrap on interior columns, installation of shear plates, replacement of joint sealants, and coating of the interior and exterior of the reservoir and repaving.

8: Auto Mall Improvement Project

Project Status: On hold.

The Auto Mall project was largely made possible by the former Redevelopment Agency. The City continues to have discussions with the California Department of Finance, regarding the State's determination of the Auto Mall project and the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule list.
