Hisfamily later moved to the US where Tony developed his career inhospitality working asa Captain at the Wyndham Hotel in Palm Springs, and then as a consultantfor SantanaFood Products, an importer of Portuguese foods. In 1992, Tony beganworking for PricoFoods in Palm Desert. At Prico Foods, Tony concentrated on selling espressoequipment and the coffee business. In 1996, Tony moved to Denver wherehe workedfor a firm called Westland Marketing. At Westland, Tony was an AccountManager forespresso equipment and coffee products.
