Tony has a long
background in the coffee and hospitality industries. Born in Portugal in

ran. His
family later moved to the US where Tony developed his career in

a Captain at the Wyndham Hotel in Palm Springs, and then as a consultant
for Santana
Food Products, an importer of Portuguese foods. In 1992, Tony began
working for Prico
Foods in Palm Desert. At Prico Foods, Tony concentrated on selling espresso
equipment and the coffee business. In 1996, Tony moved to Denver where
he worked
for a firm called Westland Marketing. At Westland, Tony was an Account
Manager for
espresso equipment and coffee products. Tony’s background in the coffee
segment
prepared him to launch Java Times Caffé once he and his family located
in Mexico.
Java Times Caffé currently has twelve locations located throughout
Torreón, Monterrey,
Veracruz, Querétaro and Chihuahua. Additional locations are opening soon
in León and
Mexico City (Polanco area). Six of the current locations are currently
