Groups and individuals are welcome to host events on Festival Street. Contact the North Beacon Hill Council for more information and to purchase a permit ($50, some uses not permitted.) www.northbeaconhillcouncil.org Seattle's first festival street is located on Beacon Hill between the Light Rail Station and El Centro de la Raza. This long block of S. Lander St was renamed in honor of Roberto Maestas, one of the "Four Amigos" who founded El Centro.
